At a Glance

DEALCIRCLE is a key player in the M&A-Tech sector, providing a platform that connects SME sellers with vetted buyers to simplify the M&A process through data matching and human quality control. As part of the team at No Agency, I worked on the comprehensive website relaunch. After seven years of growth, the goal was to evolve DEALCIRCLE’s digital presence from its "startup origins" into a sophisticated platform that communicates trust, clarity, and digital innovation.

In this project, I focused on translating the new bold branding and corporate identity into a user-focused, responsive website. I developed a modular UI system and used abstract data visualizations and custom Lottie animations to make DEALCIRCLE’s "matching engine" visible and intuitive. My work bridged the gap between the new visual identity and the final digital product—ensuring a seamless transition from concept to the live environment through precise content integration within WordPress (Elementor).

The Design System & UI Components

To ensure a consistent brand experience across the entire platform, I developed a modular UI kit based on a strict 12-column grid system (64px margin, 20px gutter) for desktop viewports.

This systematic approach involved creating a library of reusable components and variants—ranging from button states to flexible content modules such as FAQ sections, quote tiles, and data cards. By building the site as a series of interchangeable modules, I provided a scalable foundation that maintains visual integrity across all pages and simplifies the content integration process in WordPress.

Final Reflections

ooking back, this project was about more than a visual refresh; it was about defining DEALCIRCLE’s digital maturity. Moving from a "startup look" to a high-end M&A platform required a shift from decorative design to a strictly systematic approach. My goal was to ensure that the new, bold visual language worked as a reliable, scalable system that guides diverse users—from investors to advisors—quickly and intuitively through complex data.

By focusing on a modular UI kit and a rigid grid, I created a foundation that empowers both the user and the client. This project reinforced my belief that the best designs are those that provide a consistent, professional framework that remains easy to manage and expand. The result is a digital presence that feels as precise and trustworthy as the M&A matching engine it represents.
